Dobbs Ferry resident Kevin Holloway has been indicted and arraigned on charges that include manslaughter, endangering the welfare of a child and two counts of reckless assault of a child after his child suffered head trauma while in his care.
Westchester County District Attorney Anthony Scarpino, Jr. announced that on Tuesday, Jan. 22, while in their Dobbs Ferry home, Holloway caused severe injuries to his 8-week-old son. The injuries to the inside of the infant’s head and brain were “consistent with acute abusive head trauma,” and it was determined that was the case of the child’s death.
